1. Why should I pay you to do my IT? I like the control of having IT in house.

We fully understand the desire to keep control of IT in house. But consider this: for about the cost of a single qualified System or Network Administrator, MNS Group can provide you a fully staffed help desk, network monitoring center, and administration team.

With us, you don’t have to risk the costs of rehiring and retraining an IT employee in case yours leaves. According to Information Technology staffing specialists, IT professionals tend to change jobs every 2 to 3 years. Their annual salary might only be $50,000–$60,000, but the cost to replace them might well be twice that, when you factor in the indirect costs such as loss of institutional knowledge, training, and productivity.

Even if you do decide to retain an on-site employee, MNS Group will still provide valuable additional support in the instance of sickness, vacation, staff turnover, or projects that are simply too large or complex for a single employee to handle efficiently.

2. How much does it cost?

To contract the full suite of ongoing managed services the cost will range from $120 to $280 per employee position per month, depending upon the sophistication of your network. Our all-in seat pricing simplifies budgeting and eliminates surprises like drop and add fees. Projects like Cloud migrations, Office 365 deployments and network assessments will vary based on the size and scope of the projects.

3. What does the contract look like?

Unlike other managed service providers, we offer a living contract that easily scales with the changes in your business.

4. I really like my IT person, but I feel he may be in over his head on this next project; can you work with him/her?

Many of our clients have full-time IT staff that simply need to be assisted from time to time with specific projects. We strive to work with your business in whatever form that takes, including using our expertise to bridge between management and IT personnel to help ensure projects are executed efficiently and professionally. Occasionally we will even directly hire your existing staff as you transition to an outsourced model.

5. Can you just help me secure my network and get rid of spyware/virus/malware?

We would be happy to come on-site to help you baseline and clean your systems, to give you assurance that everything is as it should be, now and in the future.

6. How do I know I won’t become inextricably linked to you and forced to continue service if I no longer wish to?

Many of our clients have hired us to remove them from just the scenario you describe. By keeping all your documentation up to date and on-site with you—including all your administrative passwords and information—you are protected from being “held hostage.”

7. How does MNS Group handle my private information?

MNS Group has every employee sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) as a requirement of employment. All staff undergo background checks as well. All your personal information is kept only as needed to transact business, or at your request. MNS Group will never share or resell any information about you or your business unless you instruct us to.
