MSPs

MSSPs
MSSPs offer different services than the typical MSP. MSSPs:

There are MSSPs that are not MSPs, and they usually take a reactive approach. These MSSPs just monitor for problems by looking at logs and network traffic, not at the full network. If they detect issues, they alert the client—but they usually don’t have an MSP’s ability to fix the problems.
